Why can not I receive the German channels in HD on Astra 19 ° with ProgDVBpro (L = High, Q = 0) whatever the demultiplexer?
I tried with version 64-bit and 32 bits.
Installation: W7 64bit (another installation on another PC like is satisfactory).

#2Q=0 ist not a matter of stream demux, but of (probably BDA) tuner handling.
No quality -> no tuner lock -> no stream to read...
Check device properties, to find the correct manufacturer setting.
BDA does not provide a switch for DVB-S2 in itself, so a patch has to be selected there and used.
