This morning Progdvb 64bit will not scan for channels, it freezes saying "ProgDvbNet has stopped working"
I've run last good configuration, and removed it and reinstalled it.
It works OK with the channels that come with prog, but won't scan.
Re: ProgDVB 64
#2OK it seems to be a bug in progdvb after ProgDVB6.63x64Pro.
i have tested all versions after ProgDVB6.63x64Pro on several PC's and they crash if i try to scan for channels.
ProgDVB6.63x64Pro and before work OK.
i use a Hauppauge WinTV v7 2.4 drivers
hope someone will look in to this thx

Re: ProgDVB 64
#4Try changing to Microsoft compliant BDA driver instead of Hauppauge. Hauppauge API seem to be corrupt.
With Hauppauge API the frequency/MUX setting does not work. If I set frequency/MUX with MS BDA and then change to Hauppauge I can watch and zap channels on the active MUX but not change to another MUX. This is also tested on pre-release 6.70.8

Re: ProgDVB 64
#7I think better use x32 version of ProgDVB. May be some x64 components of OS/driver not good working.
Re: ProgDVB 64
#9Just to clarify I am using Hauppauge Win TV-NOVA-TD-stick DVB-T USB tuner with WinTV v7 2.4 drivers.
I have tested in both Diversity and Dual tuner modes with the same result.
I'm running Win7pro64/ProgDVBstd64 at work and Win7homepremium32/ProgDVBstd32 at home and both behaves the same.
