What a servive, which cant call the needed program if not running!
Next day I started manually the ProgDVD - even if I dont need it.
First HD-recording : ok, around 4 GB
second recording: the rec is blinking, but NO file is created.

Cant realize that a failing reording will even produce lofiles, but... ok. Will do.

I`ll tomorrow switch back do candel your servive and replace again with MS-planner.

hmmm... some news over the week

/Logs only contains the "big" files Server.log and startup.log (1kb + 4kb)

Just today I'm still trying your service.
Noticed that I've to start ProgDVB. So I did.
Whats the hell is impossible for a servive to start a program which is needed?!

Anyway, checked the planer-settings again.
Have been set prior to "end", other options I cant need at my working-pc (shutdown, suspend a.o.)
Discovered in select list just on top a clear line. Selected

Result: first HD-recording ok (but was at this state marked in planner with "end".
So I restarted ProgDVB immideatly again.

Second recording starts....
but never ends. was planned for 1509-16:00, now its 16:41, still recording, Filesize growing, just for the moment 7 GB, still growing.

As you might remember: reordings here are only Mo-Fr...


All other problems (see Thread-Title!) are solved.
Again: many thanks vor your active work.

Im running 70.08 - 09 I havent installed because I didnt have a positoner.... Other fixes not listet. So why I shold alter the testbase?!

hm. I think at first I am must recheck of log. Do you sure about Settings->Options->Debug->Logs?

I think I am... but cant check at the moment, while still recording this path is grayed.
my next sheduled recording is at 1840 (0120h before).
To split the file will not be the problem.
Recording now is around 12 GB - and still growing.
I'lll give you some images TOMORROW....

this are the results of the german jury

on 16th this month I started ProgDVB just befor first recording time.
1st HD-record (4 GB), stopped because I choose "end" for the action after recording.
Started ProgDVB again (action after recording now: the free line)
Second recording HD is ok, but didnt stop as I told you.
Today I found a 24 GB file, which endet exaktly at the time for the programmed SD-recording.
Contents: full HD - no channelswitch to SD. Full recording of the HD-channel.

Yesterday youve published a new version. Shall I install that?
Some parts of description are pointing that you are working on it.
Otherwise I leave staying solid at 70.8 - reproducable errorsituation.

/Logs contains only the two knwon files.... ;-(

On Friday last week I changed during the process the action after first of reording.
Resulting in monsterfiles.

Since a reboot this evening all went fine - except that your servive didn't start ProgDVB if not running ;-(

Monday and Tuesday are all files correct!
Have to notice to start ProgDVB - even if I dont need it.
But that's a little bit uncomfortable, isn'nt it?!

hmmmm... the installed 08-version reports "Sky Star 2 (WDM) Device not startet. But saying ok leaves a running ProgDVB, with some limitations: swichting to HD-Channels will always result to an "Prog doesnt answer"
So upgraded to the latest prewiew

HD - Probs have gone, but Sky Star 2 still would not recognized...
which will prevent any timers ;-(
