Hi,

first of all thx for your work, I use ProgDVB for DVBT only and I find it a very good program.

I am having problems with versions later than 6.81 (last working good, tried with 6.83.3, 6.83.2, 6.83.1):
- Installation of newer versions on top of the previous is ok
- Program starts ok, keeps and shows previous channels list
- However, no signal detected (Both Level and Quality blank)
- Rescanning leads to nothing

Reinstalling 6.81 on top of newer versions solves the problem and everything works.

HW & SW:
- Notebook Acer Aspire 5920G with onboard Aver Media A310
- WinXPsp3 latest updates from Microsoft
- DVBT seen by ProgDVB as "AVerMedia BDA Digital Tuner"

Please let me know what I am doing wrong or how can I help you better understand what is happening.

You can try change Settings->Device options. For example "Use ITunerRequest"

I am sorry for the delay in answering you,
and I am sorry to say that unluckily the problem is NOT solved.

With 6.83.3 simply enabling ITunerRequest solved my problem.

Yesterday I tried 6.84 and unluckily I was unable to see anything, i.e. the screen was black.
I tried to:
- Enable / Disable ITunerRequest
- Reinstall 6.84
But everything remained black

I forgot to tell you that even if verything is black, the EPG decoding works and presents me with the programs.

I reinstalled the 6.81 and everything worked !

Is there a way I can help you diagnose where the problem is?
