I bought the product. I received an e-mail from somebody called Digital River giving me an activation key of incredible length.

I followed their instructions. It takes me to a page that does not require an activation key.

Instead it requires a Registration Key. I havn't got one of those. So I tried the Activation Ky. It doesn't work. Instaed the screen tells me that my code for two products, not just one is invalid.

I am losing the will to live ... what now?

Please don't say contact the help desk. I tried that. No reply.

Please install modern ProgDVB Pro and use shareit# in key field for activation if your key too long (~1000 chars).
