i can confirm this problem, same issue here.
changing Timeshift setting or renderer didn't solved the problem.
using ProgDVB 7.00b
Video Renderer: EVR Custom Presenter
TimeShift buffer in file , buffer size 800mb , max record speed : 5500 , timeshift mode : Not close device .....
Windows: 7 Service pack 1 , 32bit _-_ DVB: Sky Star 2.8a PCI _-_ CPU: 2.6 GHZ Dual core X2 AMD _-_ RAM: installed 4Gig , 2.75 Gig usable _-_ Graphic: ATI Radeon x1200 series total available memory : 1663

yes fixed but there is another problem with it!
the Tooltip showing time & thumbnail picture of timeshift is showing down and its out of monitor!! so half of it is not visible ,here is a picture:

edit: same problem in full screen, half of small picture is out of the screen....

it will be so good if you can do the same for ProgDVB, as you can see in the picture ...
