I habe the Technisat Cablestar HD 2 ( DVB - C Card )
on my WinXP SP2 OS.
With the DVB Viewer Programm everything works fine, but with Progdvb he doesnt find any Channel

What can i do, that progdvb is working with my card

To get closer to the source of your problem, please try to tune a known working transponder manually. Use exactly the same parameters as DVBViewer does for it.
If in doubt, check channel properties there.
Start with one data rate and QAM, repeat with other transponders with different parameters.
Don't know the Viewer, but perhaps it also uses transponder lists, that may help to find the proper one in ProgDVB, or edit one to your needs.

But there may be another possible problem, related with a general issue of cable systems:
It's possible, your provider changes frequencies a bit in your region, like for avoiding some local interference problems. In such a case, the AFC of your device may be to close to a limit to get a lock, for example misreacting due to slightly different initial timing or anything else, of any other than the original software.
If so, it might perhaps help, to detune the transponder a few 100 kHz up or down.
Also the data rates may well be non-standard on some places.
Worth giving it a try anyway...
