Now EVR works correctly but I noticed playback quality is worse.
Sometimes I get stuttering playback and sometimes I loose audio if I'm watching live broadcasting.
I have to go back a couple of seconds in video to get audio again.
I'm using timeshift on hard drive and everything was fine till 5.13.9.

Try cutom mode in Settings->options->directshow

I tried custom mode but still have stuttering sound in live tv. Have to go back a couple of seconds or change channel to get normal sound again.

I'm asking if there's a way to delay playback of mpeg2 stream. Stuttering sound seems to be related to a low buffer: if go back a little bit, playback is normal.

have the same problem since progdvb 5.14
since progdvb video render is disabled and enhanced video render is added to progdvb this problems occur (that's why i'm still using progdvb 5.13.9 this is the most stable version for me. i'm getting problems with that version too but it's less then the newer versions like 5.14.2)

Yes, I have this problem in the same way it happens to you...
Think i'll go back 5.13.9...

Just a hint:

Keep your downloads stored, as you can never know, which versions will still be available later on. (Local) HDD space should not really matter these days...
