There is a problem with the prog dvb program , version 7.28.01 , standard edition the free version and progdvb engine version 6.210 , basically what is happening is that whenever i run the program, it affects the keyboard resulting in multiple key inputs. Upon using other video players, it works fine. and after even though contacting Microsoft and try so many steps to see if the issue is my windows version , but it turns out to be the program , when i open other media players this issue never happens , when i turn on the program and write in contana or windows edge anything that windows is installed it turns out that the problem happens and when talking to Microsoft teach and also he connected to my PC , we test vlc media player , windows media player , and the problem didn't happen , but when i turn on the program and put any channel to watch or anything this problem happens and when writing on contana or anywhere using notepad or anything it basically happens , when turn off the program it does not happen even though closing it from task manger it does not happen

Not clear for me. But check Options->Control->Remote control module. Try set to "none" . HID module in global mode can do some problem.

it looks like its fixed , but what about my remote control then , how should i use my remote control if i set it to none ? than that does not make any sense

Now you can back HID module and and disable global mode in options of module.

can you show a screenshot on how you mean , i really dont understand what to do in console so i can make my remorte control work without making issues on my keyboard letters
