I tried, and it works!!; it's OK!
You should know that i do not select 'MPEG2-DECODER' while installing progdvb. (i have my version)

I'm using the last version "ProgDVB4[1].90.6Win9x"
But still with these 02 errors:
still with BDA not started message,
1)TV Channels are displayed (very very slow!!); audio with cuts
2)Radio, with audio cuts
1+2)-> i'm selecting blancs on CODEC selection options & my own installed filters
and whene the program is closed, it lefts with "Kernel32 error/or unknowen error"

About channels/Radio viewing:

My Codecs:
Audio: ELECARD AUDIO v.1.5.10303.0 (build 2007/02/12)
Video: ELECARD MPEG2 v.2.00 (build 2525)
and i'm using these codecs without any errors under progdvb v.4.80.5(1.18) standard edition
The BEST remark that you should thake:
Whene i select a channel what ever (tv/radio), i will wait a couple of 10 seconds
to watch/heare the channel; but think about what i will tel you now:
Whene i select a channel & i click [LAST] on the navigation bar, the channel (tv/radio)
works very fine!!, without waiting these huge 10 seconds [i hate this whene i zap channels.]
or even with viewing with cuts (so problem can be solved!);

Discussed issues:
1)
i must tell you that the message "Error no BDA device" has been corrected;
the solution is only the click "STOP" for BDA device; & that's all; this message is never displayed again.

2) little Steps; and your program will be alive again!!
a)
i've told you in last message that you can handel [tv/radio] error (very slow/does not view)
by only adding in your procedure [OnClick] a simple instruction, and it will works;
Explanation: when we click on the channel & we proceed by an other click on [LAST] the
button on the navigation bar, the channel will be viewed whitout any further errors [i already tested it!!]

this message is already apearing : "Progdvb has caused an error in Kernel32.dll"

Since 4.80 & these bugs are appearing.. (1.5 Year)

New PrgDVB 4.90.8 Release

Nothing DONE !!

i think that there is no response.
so i will leave PROGDVB for Ever..
cause there are other/new free Softwares for my DVB card.
