progdvb crashes when cliked on iptv channel

Hi,
I use windows 11 and when i open the latest version of progdvb ProgDVB7.65.9Pro.exe
and click on any iptv channel it crahses
i checked the windows event log and here it is:

 Are you sure in crash in last 7.66? I am not can repeat it.
yes it did :(
i think there is a conflict maybe in the dotnet version installed or maybe some codec problem
it is interesting that it worked before and suddenly it stopped. since firs time i did not change anything in progdvb the problem maybe from the windows 11 updates
