I want ti activat SPLASH WINDOW by ProgDVB (newest free Version)
I activat the point under Option and the i klick on the OK button
But than the splash window doesnt come!
I need help!

Just a guess:
The splash window, like many other GUI components, also depends on an occasional language file.
Only english and russian language files are made by Prog, all others are third party stuff, Prog is not responsible then.
Try to switch to english, restart and try again, please.
However, after a fresh install, that splash window is on by default.
Same, if ProgDVB.ini removed.
