Greetings I just purchased ProgDVB 7.65.08 In attempting multiple recordings to start at the same time I chose 11 am, I'm finding it creates 3 files with the correctly named folder but all three files are the same as the last item I chose to record. I chose the recording by pointing to the channel, bringing up the guide (which takes wayyy to long) and then tapping the button to add recording - then the scheduler pops up (again taking longer then I think is should) and I confirm the entry.
When looking at the folder: D:\StreamRec I see sub folders created with the names of the items I chose but they all contain an identical file of the last item I chose to record.
So is it possible for ProgDVB to record simultaneous streams ? if so what do I need to configure?
Also it appears that this app needs a ton of pc horsepower - I'm running it on an older Quad Core box with 8 g of ram with Win11 Pro at 23h3 and many operations are VERY slow like waiting for the guide to come up - any tips to making that happen quicker?
Thanks
Jan
Re: Multiple Recording with IPTV
#2Hello.
Do you mean 3 different channels in same time? Yes, I am must working.
What source of TV you have? How many channels? Must me quite faster on your PC.
ps: Try prerelease

Re: Multiple Recording with IPTV
#3Are you having problems with interface speed without watching TV?
Re: Multiple Recording with IPTV
#4Greetings
My network speed it great, have fiber connecting into the house. Connection speed is not an issue. Additionally I can connect multiple Firesticks to my IPTV provider at the same time and have flawless channel watching.

Re: Multiple Recording with IPTV
#6I just made a major configuration change, I have setup a local server with the m3u and epg files locally - the system runs WAY faster since it only has to go to the net for the streams.
Still need to check recording but I suspect it will not change.
And a Question
I see that vers 7.65.9 is available can I just install that over the top of my 7.65.8 version ? Will it recognize my activation ?
Thanks

Re: Multiple Recording with IPTV
#7Yes, you can install new version over without problems.
Am I understanding correctly that the interface was slow during the guide update?
