I am not have problem with win7. But may be also problem with Direct3D dlls. Please wait next version.

Same problem with Windows XP SP3 (32bit).
When starting ProgDVBPro 6.22 trial d3dx9_25.dll cannot be found.
Downloading and copy dll manually wil fix the problem.
