i'm a fan of progdvb is my preferite tv player!

I've only a problem...
in settings/audio video we can select the filter grafic for normal channel (mpeg2) and other..
I've installed nvidia purevideo and a modified filter graphic. Now it works great, but, if i select 16:9 letterbox to adapt the video size to my 16:9 lcd, i've a fluidity and pixelate problem on hd channel.
If I select "none", no problem! but normal channel are not stretch to 16:9

Can anybody help me?

So you managed to make H264 channels to work in ProgDVB ?

Can you post your graph please ?
And are you using it in the regular TV graph selection or in the AVC/H264 graph selection ?

no no not h264.... I didn't try it...
only mpeg2 stream.... i spoken about astra hd....
the problem is that the configuration menu is the same for normal channel and mpeg2 hd channel.... and if i select 16:9 letterbox astra hd doesn't work correctly because is not fluid...

OK I misunderstood, maybe because I'm still fighting to make H264 channels to work with ProgDVB

I don't know about nVidia PureVideo codec because I'm using Dscaler5 MPEG2 decoder but maybe there is a codec setting to display accurate ratios like the Dscaler5 one.

My settings with Dscaler5 are:
ProgDVB Letter Box Mode setting: None
Dscaler5 Accurate Aspect Ratios setting: Activated

And then there is nothing else to do, Dscaler5 automatically resizes to image to the correct ratio.

I tried dscaler... the video quality is better with nvidia purevideo...
astra hd works correctly with dscaler...
but i don't want to resize image to correct aspect ratio, but always in 16:9... now i try different configuration.... thanks a lot! regards!

the same problem with 16:9 >>> the boredrs from top and bottom cutting the screen .... so no stretching but cutting
