thx for the feedback - someone told me that there is an existing driver for SkyStar 2

? ...you don´t have a skystar 2 ...

This is from the Aldi/Medion forum regarding the SAA7131.

ProgDVB:
choose the '(BDA) 713x BDA DVBS Tuner' from the Device List
I set up MiniDiseqc and for LNB chose Eurobird1 and Astra 2A/2B/2D
I am connected to a communal Sky connection and this gives me a load of BBC and ITV regional varieties plus Film 4 and a few not really wanted shopping channels.
BBC HD is found but does not work (card not HD compatible? -dont know)

Note you can have MCE set up for DVB-T


It does work, I am just trying to figure out where to put the softcam key?
