is the a plugin to allow the use of a remote control with progdvb

my sat card is the s2 3200 and i would like to use the remote to change channels

can someone please explain to me the advantages of having an x64 version of progdvb ?

i have an x2 processor and x64 vista but i have been told elsewere that the only advantage of being x64 is in the access of of 4gb and over of memory and there is no advantage of having x64dvbs software over x86 ...
