Hi.. Some versions ago, progdvb does not close well with Prof7301 on Win7 x86.

¿anyone confirm?

Confirmed.
Prof 7301. With SmartDVB or others works well with hd.

16APSK is designed for the professional sector. So far no found any dvb card is supported this modulation.
