TwinHan 1027 PCI Card cant startup with ProgDVB 4.81

Hi
I just bought a TwinHan 1027 PCI Card, i install the the latest drive from the manufacturer's web site. http://www.twinhan.com. I try to start the WDM Twinhan device in ProgDVB, but i get error on start up the ProgDVB, Is this becuase ProgDVB dont support this PCI Card, It was on the market from Sep 2006?

I installed the latest version of ProgDVB4.81 on my widnows XP machine

No plugins in android. But this is not big problem. Problem is not DVB in Android. sat>ip is bad way for DVB.
