Hello,
Sometimes (very often) ProgDVB can't lock transponder (Level: 90% Quality: 0%) when i swith channels. ( tested on hotbird 13e: 11034, 10719, 11317). And in this time many other tranponders work fine. I can switch channels there and quality 60-80%
This problem exists on any TV channels (free and not free). Also I found two methods how to enable these channels
1. i can open settings -> options, press "Apply" , channel will be refreshed and "quality: 60-80%" appears, and channel will work.
2. i can close prodvb and open it again, and channel will be there with correct "quality 80%".
satttlite card: skystar usb hd
Is anyone knows how to solve this problem with progdvb, and make channels working without open/close proddvb every time when i want to swtich channel ? or may be here is skystar card problem ?
Thanks,
---
p.s. progdvb 6.24, 6.72
Re: ProgDVB can't lock transponder (Level: 90% Quality: 0%)
#3no diseq devices, just a skystar tuner and "lnb gl-201" converter,
"channel list -> channel search -> 13e horbird" or "channel properties -> update" doesn't help, and progdvb reinstall too,
Another example: channel 1 enabled, progvdb switched to channel2 and switched back to channel1 and sometimes channel1 doesn't work but sometimes works. No ideas why this happens, but close/open progvb always helps to enable "bad" channel1

Re: ProgDVB can't lock transponder (Level: 90% Quality: 0%)
#4Thats an old unsolved problem, that got worst (for me) with the Crazycat module. Disabling module makes quality show more easily.
Clicking to select the same channel a second time after a while, most of the times recovers quality. But many times only changing to another frequency bring quality back.
Seems theres something in the rotine of changing channels that de-tunes or looses frequency. The problem is more common with high quality signals.

#5Hello,
Seems problem solved for now. I tried a some different convertors and i found one working with progdvb and my skystar tuner. It is "MTI AP8-XTS2E-FS". Not sure why other converter worked wrong sometimes, but I found one working
