50% signal problem

#1
Hi guys, I just bought a new laptop and installed progdvb. I have a dvb-t dongle ( bda driver) which works perfectly on my computer. When I finished istalling progdvb and launched auto scan for dvb-t channels all the frequencies had 50% signal even if the antenna is not even pluged-in and no channel was found. Any idea ?

I disintalled and installed again..updated to the latest version of .NET, still not working. it is certainly a driver problem because the dongle doesn't get warm ....i have win8.1, any idea? :( :( :( :( :(

I mean when the dongle works correctly it gets really hot, but in this case it gets just a little bit warm..usb ports are the same for pc and laptop
