Device not started

hi i am egyptian
I have a problem in my progDVB
when I open it a massage appear which say "Device not started" and when I go to "setting" then "device list" and choose "DVBcard" and then click "start" the massage appear again.
what I do?
and what is the wrong?

but do you know what was the problem?
the problem was in the video and audio IDs they were wrong and although I made lots of updates and there were no changes,
I guessed that the problem in them and changed them according to book I have and the channels finally worked

the following are details for some of unwork channels

and there is a check on (can update)
Audio sream: English {pid 1206}
Audio channel: Both
Transponder: 3530 : Nilesat 101,102
Frequency: 11765000 KH Polarization: horizontal symbol rate: 27500
LNB: 1 ...

the type of satellite is Nilesate 101,102
and when I make update for the unwork channels nothing happens for the audio and video IDs and the details for the Prog DVB are sent before as you required

some of my channels don't work

my problem here which I want you to help me in is that there are number of channels appear like they have a stronge signal, however it don't work at all, why?and how can I make it work?
