Problem with DiSEqC

I uninstalled the ProgDVB Pro x86 and installed ProgDVB Pro x64, but the DiSEqC didn't work. I even installed the x86 again, but got the same problem.
The problem is that it doesn't detect one of the two LNBs. For example, when I scan Nilesat, it scans the Hotbird's channels or sometimes vice versa ...

If I delete a channel, ProgDVB won't add it if I rescan it again

I'm using the latest version of ProgDVB 6 Pro.

Everytime I turn on my laptop and open it, it crashes.
So I have to close it from Task Manager and re-open it and it'll work well

Problem with SkyStar Remote Control

When I press a key, ProgDVB thinks that I pressed it two times.
For example, it changes the channels two by two.
I've SkyStar USB2 HD CI, Vista SP2 x64

Any solution?
